The Gauteng provincial and Transvaal Classic competitions are held at Krokodilspruit shooting range. The range is situated next to the Molotto (R573) road North East of the Roodeplaat Dam in Gauteng.

This range is also the home ground for Krokodilspruit Shooting Club where Metallic Silhouette Shooting is done twice a month on the 1st and 2nd Saterday of every month.
